This is what makes TRILam unique and truly superior to other Mylar film based membranes.
A TRILAM membrane is a custom-made skin with a higher proportion of continuous structural fibers reinforcing it. The higher ratio of uncut fibers, as opposed to paneled veils or 3Di or DFi filament processes, makes TRILam much more durable.
The structure is made according to the lines of effort emanating from the three mooring points of the sail, but also on those located at the level of the reefs.
